Scope of Build: Ground floor extension including new utility room, family room, and kitchen to a four-bed 1920s semi-detached house near Brixton. The project also included replacing the upstairs bathroom and preparing the house for a later loft extension.

Outcome: Generous, bright spaces for a family of four, with open views across the ground floor allowing an eye to be kept on mischievous kids and cats. Underfloor heating and an engineered oak parquet means comfortable cooking whilst bare-foot.
